You can't see, smell, or taste harmful bacteria that may cause illness.

Be sure the turkey is completely thawed. Place turkey breast-side up on a flat
wire rack in a shallow roasting pan.

For optimum safety, cook stuffing in a casserole.

Use a food thermometer to ensure poultry has reached 165° F throughout the
product.
