Our Commitment

The U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine - North (USACHPPM-North) provides military preventive medicine services to Active, Reserve, and National Guard units in an 20-state region of northeastern United States.  We promote force protection in the areas of Entomology (ESD), Environmental Health Engineering (EHED), Field Preventive Medicine (FPMD), and Industrial Hygiene (IHD).  Please refer to those individual sections for in-depth mission statements and services provided.

Our Personnel

USACHPPM-North maintains a professional, technically competent staff of soldiers and civilians. We provide preventive medicine support in the areas of medical entomology, environmental health engineering, sanitation, industrial hygiene and occupational health, and preventive medicine readiness planning and training. We also provide trained individuals to support world-wide deployment missions and medical response teams.
